Weekend in Montauk (2015)

Labor Day Weekend is only a few days away and for most, this is the mark of the last weekend of summer and your last chance to head east from the city to Montauk.  (For locals, this weekend marks the end of the summer madness - woo!)  What should you do to make the most of your weekend in Montauk?  I compiled a list of my favorite places, some new and some old!

Start your day with a beach walk in the morning. @joey_mensch

A delicious and healthy acai bowl from Happy Bowls. @happybowls
Best coffee in town is delicious almond latte from Sagtown, a great little coffee bar tucked away behind Main Street.
Take the morning or afternoon trip on Lazy Bones and catch your dinner!
Relax with a cold beer after a long day at the beach at Montauk Brewing Co. @montaukbrewco
Enjoy lunch at Ditch Plains at a  personal old time favorite, the Ditch Witch. @grantmoneyhands
If you want lobster, Duryea's is the place to be.  It's also BYOB!  (these are my cool friends) @alexandrakingston
While you're at Duryea's, stop into Whalebone a cool surf inspired brand. @whalebonecreative
Head to the Montauk Beach House for a fretting cocktail and lounge poolside for an afternoon.  @thembh
Don't forget to shop at Poolside Collective at the Montauk Beach House for Kaileigh Swimwear and other rad brands. @wearepoolside
Catch the always beautiful sunset at the Montauket.
...and don't forget a night out dancing up a storm with your crew!
